About
At the helm of MHW Real Estate is Jody Czajkoski, a dynamic leader whose impact on the community extends from the board room to the halls of local government. In addition to his background and expertise in commercial real estate, Czajkoski was elected to the Conroe City Council for two years and in 2020 was elected mayor of Conroe – one of the fastest growing cities in America. He also served as the city’s representative to the General Assembly and Board of Directors for the Houston-Galveston Area Council in 2019 and 2020.

A native Texan, Czajkoski was raised in Marlin, Texas, and graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelor of Science degree. He was active in intercollegiate and professional rodeo and remains an involved member of Delta Tau Delta fraternity. Earning his real estate license in 2000, Czajkoski developed his uniquely successful approach to transactional business relationships with Coldwell Banker, Moody Rambin Interests Investment Services Team and Ski Real Estate & Housing, Inc., among others – brokering and developing more than a billion dollars of commercial and residential properties.

In 2011, Czajkoski launched MHW Real Estate, a company focused on hyper-local investment and development opportunities in the Montgomery, Harris and Walker County areas. A year later he joined forces with Mitchell Oxman to expand the scope and capabilities of the company.

Czajkoski, his wife and three children, are longtime residents of Montgomery County. In addition to the family’s membership in Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Czajkoski is active in a wide range of Christian ministries, charitable organizations and civic programs benefiting the community. He was instrumental in bringing the University of Saint Thomas to Conroe and received the organization’s MAX Innovator Award in 2021. Czajkoski served as chair of the Parish Pastoral Council at Sacred Heart Catholic Church
and was founder of Faithfest, a 501c3 nonprofit promoting “unity in the community” and partners with local non-profits to produce an annual music festival in Conroe.
